Jonathan was the buyer’s agent for me and my family during our relocation to Washington during the Fall of 2006. He devoted a great deal of time to our search. We must have seen several dozen houses over the course of two months and three offers. Jonathan was very accommodating to our schedule, meeting us and dropping us off at our apartment, and helping to look after our 5 year old son as we toured homes. He was also patient with us through our periods of indecision and uncertainty.
Jonathan is very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and schools of the Eastside, and he also researched many issues such as internet access, utilities, recreation, etc. He helped us through the reams of paperwork, and guided us in the conventions of making offers and counteroffers.
We will definately call Jonathan if we ever need to buy or sell again in the near future, and we would strongly recommend him to others.
