We recently sold our home in the Enatai area of Bellevue with the assistance of Jonathan Villalobos. Our original meeting with Jonathan was the result of a letter from him stating that he represented a buyer who was interested in purchasing property in our area. We had already been considering selling, but had not listed the property, so we contacted him for more information. We were immediately impressed with his enthusiasm and responsiveness.
Jonathan suggested that he bring an out of town buyer, who happened to be in the area, to see the house. This was quickly arranged but unfortunately the buyer declined to make an offer. Jonathan then suggested that another of his clients may be interested. This buyer did make an offer. While the price that was offered was acceptable, the closing schedule and terms were not.
At this point we accepted another unsolicited offer from a different broker that was satisfactory in both price and terms. During the contingency period agreed to in the offer the buyer declined to close the sale.
In order to understand what options might be available to us we recontacted Jonathan. He responded quickly and agreed to revisit the previous offer from his client. This resulted in an offer that maintained the price and improved the terms to an acceptable level.
During this process Jonathan was in constant contact with us keeping us fully apprised of status and helping with each step along the way. The sale closed on schedule with no difficulties to our complete satisfaction. It was a real pleasure to work with Jonathan and we would not hesitate to use his services again in the future. We would recommend him to anyone without reservation.
