When you hear someone talk about the City of Seattle, what is one of the things you think about? One word: “Coffee” – and it is available on just about every corner in the city!
Starbucks has raised the ante yet again. They have opened a 15,000 sq ft roastery located on Pike right next to Paramount Theater. Once the home of the Packard Cars Showroom in the 1940s-60s, Starbucks restored this historical site to its original charm and added their own personal touch. Designed by Liz Muller and her team of 30 people that included architects, designers, engineers, and specialists.
Inside you will find more than 200 types of coffee brewed several different ways and an upfront, personal view of how they roast the beans. Best of all, you get to sit down and enjoy a truly unique cup of coffee with great company and conversation; an experience you won’t get anywhere else.
Find more information and pictures here and I encourage you to watch the short video below. My best recommendation, though, is to go visit it for yourself and enjoy without a doubt, one of the best cups of coffee you will ever have!
